AJ BAKE (formely known as JORSIE CAKE CORNER)has been serving the community the best cakes, made with the freshest and richest ingredients and topped off with the most creative and elegant designs since 1998. I'm able to provide the customers with the best quality products such as wedding cakes, cakes for all types of occasions, sugar paste flowers and much more.
In 1996, I went to United Kigdom(UK) to further my studies and enhance my skills in baking. I studied on various types of cake making and cake decorations.
In addition, the courses offered by AJ BAKE were advertised in local newspaper, magazine amd aired on televison and radio. The classes are conducted in various places including my house. Apart from that, I also make sugar paste flowers and market it to local cake shops.
